1) Listing Appointment

In this meeting, we will determine your motivations and goals for moving so we can help you accomplish them. Your goals are our goals. This also gives us an opportunity to set expectations and educate you on current market conditions.

2) Pre-listing Inspection

We hire an inspector to perform a thorough inspection of your home prior to listing. This allows you to get ahead of, and address, any potential concerns that buyers may have, eliminating objections or delays in closing and selling your home with confidence.

3) Pre-listing Designer Consultation

Our team of designers will walk through the house with you, create a to-do list of staging suggestions using your existing furniture for mass appeal or provide alternate staging options to professionally stage the house.

4) Home Improvements

We will front up to $1,000 for any handy man expenses or home improvements as suggested by our designers or you, or front the cost of staging to maximize your profits. A promissory note will be executed and this will be reimbursed at settlement.

5) Professional Cleaners

To get top dollar every home should be as pristine as possible. We will cover up to $500 for professional cleaners so you don't have to stress about doing the cleaning yourself.

6) Photography & Videography

Our photographer will take photos and videos that truly showcase your listing to draw as many qualified buyers to your home. This also includes drone footage. After the home is sold you'll receive digital copies as a keepsake for your memories.

7) Marketing

The goal is to get as many qualified buyers through your home as possible. Aside from publishing your listing to every real estate platform like Zillow, Trulia, and realtor.com, we also run paid ad campaigns on social media and local marketplaces such as KSL.

8) Credit For Professional Movers

For our clients who list AND buy with us, we will cover up to $2,000 in professional moving costs or moving pods. Moving to a new home should be exciting, not stressful.
